New South Wales Offer
Valid for new customers till 30 June 2023
28% Discount off Supply and Usage Charges*
This electricity offer is 28% less than the Reference Price and has an estimated annual cost of:
- $1,003 for a residential customer who uses 3,900 kWh per annum; and
- $4,968 for a small business customer who uses 20,000 kWh per annum,
on a single rate tariff in the Ausgrid distribution area.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a fee if I cancel my plan before the end of my contract?
No early termination fee will be charged if you cancel your energy plan before the end of the contract.
Does this offer have a ‘ Cooling-off Period’?
Yes. This offer has a 10 day cooling-off period.
How long will it take to transfer my electricity and/ or gas to AGL?
