As the Relationship Manager you are responsible for managing stakeholder relationships within a discreet portfolio of members (clients) to drive growth to achieve a revenue budget.
Your core responsibilities of the role include managing stakeholder expectations, creating, and negotiating sales opportunities, actively building the sales pipeline of new business, achieving revenue and utilisation targets whilst role modelling the behaviours that create a high performing, engaged culture.
Proactively develop member relationships by having regular contact with key decision makers within the portfolio developing a strong understanding of the member
Grow sales and revenue within assigned member portfolio
Achieve revenue and utilisation targets, within agreed budgets
Opportunity Pipeline Management: Create, negotiate and close Member (Client) sales opportunities
Maintain CRM records and report on progress in relation to the development of business opportunities
Build market position by locating, developing, and closing business opportunities aligned to the sales strategy
Demonstrated experience in relationship management
Proven track record in sales, business development, working to targets, winning new business and increasing revenue through generation of leads
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement marketing and sales operational objectives through the use of plans, budgets, data analysis and short/long term planning
Proven experience to undertake analysis to examine trends and potential new opportunities within existing and new markets
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation, internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive and difficult matters in a diplomatic manner
