As part of the Brand change program, we are following a change model to ensure all team members are on board with the changes, feel empowered to take action and feel prepared and informed to support the changes both internally and externally.  

 To ensure we maintain a frequent communication/feedback loop, we have implemented the form on the right, which is available to all team members to log brand questions and feedback, anonymously if you wish.  

Your feedback will be triaged and your questions will be incorporated in the rolling Q/As available on SharePoint and actions included on the Departmental Action Plan.
